Launch iTunes when finished with installation. Open your "Downloads" folder and double-click the iTunes installation file to install the previous version of iTunes on your computer. Launch a Web browser and navigate to the Old Apps website at Ĭlick "iTunes" in the "Audio Utilities" section and download the previous version of iTunes that you want to install on your computer.
Open the "Common Files" folder within "Program Files" and delete the "Apple" folder.
Navigate to "C:\Program Files" and delete the "Bonjour," "iTunes," "iPod," and "QuickTime" folders. Restart your computer when you finish uninstalling all the iTunes software.Ĭlick "Start" and select "Computer" after the computer has restarted. You will need to uninstall "iTunes," "QuickTime," "Apple Software Updater," "Apple Mobile Device Support," "Bonjour" and "Apple Application Support." Click "Start" and select "Control Panel." Click "Uninstall a program." To uninstall a program, select it from the programs list and click the "Uninstall" button.
